The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (Los Angeles Chapter) hosts a yearly tournament, and Murray Company, staying true to form, participated in the Friday, May 6th event. Golfers teed off at 8 AM @ Brookside Golf & Country Club in Pasadena. MC was a $2,200 Gold Level Sponsor which afforded us two foursomes and some on-course recognition.
Team Best Ball was the format which apparently worked in our favor on some of the holes – although this is the case at all industry tournaments. MC’s 2nd foursome (just Ryan and Nick) joined forces with the group ahead of them to keep the tournament moving along and on track AND they were able to squeak out a 2nd place win!
