Tis’ the Season for a Holiday Party at Murray Company Arizona and to Announce a Promotion

As another successful year comes to an end, celebrations are well underway!  Murray Company Arizona was first to get into the holiday spirit when on Friday, December 1st they kicked off the month of December with the Arizona Branch Holiday Party. The festivities took place at The Hidden House in the heart of historic downtown Chandler.  Forty-three (43) special MC guests were in attendance –  employees and their +1’s.  The evening started with a cocktail hour followed by a lovely dinner at this intimate 1939 gathering place which has been repurposed from a home once disregarded by its community.

The evening included some additional awards and celebrations like raising a toast to a wonderfully successful 2023, not to mention the applause that were in order for (then) PX’s Mario Santilli and his promotion to (now) Arizona Branch Manager!  Congratulations, Mario!

In that spirit of prosperity, Murray Company is building a fantastic reputation in Arizona as one of the best mechanical contractors to work for in the valley.  Mario shares that despite the local labor shortage, field personnel are often approaching our Foremen and General Foremen, asking if Murray Company is hiring due to its reputation and exemplary safety culture.  Clearly, word travels quickly in AZ.

Furthermore, general contractors such as Hensel Phelps, JE Dunn, Skanska, W.G. Yates, and DPR are often contacting Murray Company about upcoming opportunities and potential partnerships.  This is in addition to the great relationship we already have with Hoffman at the Eagle projects.

Fun fact as shared by Mario Santilli,

“Eagle projects with Hoffman are Fabs 52.1 and 52.2, which are Intel’s $20 billion new chip factories, currently under construction in Chandler, AZ.  They are the largest private sector investment in the state of Arizona, and we’re performing the work for various Process Systems for both mains, and laterals, on both fabs.  These two massive projects (under the direction of our Project Executive and Intel Site Manager Frank Sanders) are both over $80 million in scope for Murray Company, and are what we consider to be “anchor” projects for our branch, as we continue to successfully pursue work outside of Intel.
