If you happen to be watching ABC 7 News on Thursday, December 8th, you would have been star struck! The feature was on the groundbreaking of Cosm, a new entertainment venue at Hollywood Park that our Underground Division is contracted to help build. Our scope includes almost a mile of underground piping between sewer, storm drain and water services, as well as 5 rainwater biofiltration basins totaling 10,000 gallons. As most of you know, our civil team was also part of building SoFi Stadium back in 2020 alongside Ferreira while the plumbing team partnered with Pan-Pacific in a joint venture (PPMC).
Cosm is a 65,000-square-foot venue that will hold up to 1,700 fans and is scheduled to open in 2024. It is Hollywood Park’s 4th entertainment venue.
