February is Heart Month and the first Friday of February is National Wear Red Day. Murray Company personnel came together again this year in support of women’s heart health and sported red for the occasion. The idea of individually being a droplet and together being an ocean proves true when we get together for a common goal, whatever that goal may be, even if it’s simply wearing the same color one day of the year.
The American Heart Association says this:
National Wear Red Day is Friday, February 3, 2023. Together, we can wear red and be the BIG difference for a better life for women everywhere. We have resources to help you celebrate all Heart Month long!
As a supporter of the American Heart Association for years, through this small yet impactful gesture of wearing red, we hope to raise awareness and start the conversation about women’s cardiovascular health. Through education and heart-to-heart conversations about this topic, the goal is to eradicate heart disease and stroke. Our industry is especially effected by heart disease, deeming this a very important topic.
