Sunshine, beach vibes, games, prizes, family activities, ice cream and more were served up this past Saturday, August 17th at Murray Company’s Annual Summer Safety Picnic. Just shy of 700 of our closest MC family and friends RSVP’d to this corporate event held at the Newport Beach Dunes; a combination of staff from the office & field, and their family members. It’s a rare occurrence for the office staff and field crews to have a chance to swap out their dress shoes and PPE with sunhats & flipflops…and what a refreshing change it was!
Guests were greeted with Hawaiian leis for this Luau themed event, a MC swag bag, a delicious Surf’s Up Luau Buffet, a grilled corn bar and desert station. On the other menu were various engaging activities like hula hooping, giant Jenga, a balloon artist, paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing, picnic sports, inflatable sports to name a few. There was no shortage of attractions for all ages.
We appreciate everyone who came out to spend the day with their Murray Company family, friends and colleagues. Thank you ALL for having SAFETY top of mind year-round.
