During OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down Week, Webcor Builders acknowledged this national event with a Safety BBQ for over 800 of its project tradesmen. Included on the VIP list were MC’s 57 men-crew who are doing great work on this landmark project.

On a cold February 7th evening, the ACE Mentor LA/OC Program hosted Trades Day, inviting 150 high school architecture/construction/engineering students to mingle with several trades and subs on the USC Coliseum Renovation Project. We were there!
Please print & post the OSHA 300 and 300A forms on your jobsite between Feb. 1st and April 30th. This is an OSHA requirement for all jobsite and will be cited by OSHA if not posted as required. Thank you!

Considering the LA/OC Building Trades Council consists of 48 local laborers unions and district councils in 14 Trades, the Labor Day Edition of this monthly publication is a popular one. We seized the opportunity to place a half page ad in the August Issue.

The Kaiser Woodland Hills project team has performed 167K man hours in a live facility implementing extensive upgrades in a hospital that is occupied and full of Kaiser’s patients. To-date there has have been no recordable or lost time injuries. This was cause for a safety luncheon on 8/10.
