On Friday, September 12th the always highly anticipated (29th Annual) Kevan J. Steffey Memorial Golf Tournament took place at Industry Hills. For the second year now, we honor Kevan Steffey’s legacy by coming together in fellowship and giving back to causes that reflect the values Kevan lived by. In that spirit, this year’s tournament raised money for the Hoag Hospital Foundation.
Nearly 290 golfers were paired strategically, fostering new relationships and solidifying those many decades old. The nearly 20 event volunteers brought their A+ game too, ensuring that every guest within the Murray Company circle felt welcome.
Operations Manager Derek Fett was the event sponsors’ point of contact who orchestrated 26 individual sponsors on the Babe and Ike Course, each offering different engaging games and product/service showcases. This year’s Hole-In-One Sponsor was Villa Park Ford, unfortunately, no one drove home in a brand-new Mustang or F-250.
The evening portion of the program never disappoints. Awards were presented to the winners below and hundreds of guests walked away with awesome raffle prizes from big screen TV’s, Apple products, a Super 73 and so much more. VP of BD Donny Odom and Derek Fett took the stage, expressing their sincere thanks and proudly displaying the Hoag Hospital Foundation check which beamed with a $63,640 donation amount.
Congratulations to this year’s winners:
