Tier One Mechanical is a subsidiary of Murray Company, it’s our service/repair division. You might have met Frank Silva, T1’s General Manager who recently shared with us a safety recognition that was presented to T1 by Avetta – the 2025 Safety Star Award!
Avetta is like ISNetwork; they are a supply chain risk management platform that a few of Frank’s clients use to manage prequalifications, stay current with industry updates and standards including ensuring companies like Tier 1 are compliant with safety standards. On their website, they explain, “Avetta gives you the visibility, automation, and support to reduce safety incidents, accelerate onboarding, and ensure every supplier meets your standards.”
In that spirit, Tier One Mechanical was recognized for having No Safety Incidents for 2025 according to the company’s OSHA Form 300 (Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) and 300A Forms (Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses). Here’s some additional insight… Form 300 tracks individual incidents, while 300A provides an annual total, which must be posted publicly from February 1 to April 30.
Congratulations, Tier 1 Team!
