The Arizona sun was shining brightly on Friday, March 28th, the day of the Murray Company Arizona Branch Golf Tournament; it was a perfect 80-degree day. Branch Manager Mario Santilli and Executive Vice President Advanced Technologies, Greg Huff, welcomed over 80 golfers to Legacy Golf Course in Phoenix. Chairman/CEO Jim DeFlavio also made his annual debut at this tournament along with CFO Ken Greer and President Terry James.
Last year, the benefiting charity was City of Hope & Dr. Lily Lau Lai’s “Light for Life” cancer research program. For 2025, the branch selected St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as the benefiting charity for which $2,000 was raised. Congrats!
The day went off without a hitch and the course of play was perfect. Although everyone had a blast and felt like a winner, the first-place finishers were from AMTS – Team Camp who we met with applause at the Dinner/Awards part of the program. The 19th Hole Putting Competition was won by Dean Gray from Hoffman. Congrats to these stellar athletes!
