Lulu’s Place | Youth Center

We’re proud to share that Murray Company has been awarded the Plumbing, HVAC, and Site Utilities scopes for LuLu’s Place in partnership with DPR Construction.  This win is especially meaningful as it reflects over three years of persistence, relationship-building, and dedication from our team. LuLu’s Place will be a transformational nonprofit youth center offering exceptional academic, athletic, and wellness programs.

The full buildout will span 35 acres and includes site improvements, sport courts, and five buildings — featuring a state-of-the-art learning lab, an extensive tennis center, and recreation spaces for youth sports programming and public use.

We’re excited to contribute to a project that will have a meaningful and lasting impact on the community.
