A new three-story, 72,500-square-foot facility designed to support both classroom instruction and advanced laboratory research. The project includes state-of-the-art teaching labs, collaboration spaces, and integrated lab equipment to create a modern, hands-on learning environment.
Our long-standing history with the GC and the trust built over years of successful collaboration were key factors in this win. The entire team’s proven performance and unified effort earned us this opportunity. Kudos to everyone involved!
