Executive VP of Business Development Donny Odom and Vice President Estimating & Engineering Gabe Hernandez recently welcomed representatives from the Tribal Workforce Trade Association to Murray Company’s fabrication facility in Compton. Joined by Plumbing Fab Shop Manager Brent Mitte, the team hosted Tim Gutierrez, Adrian Hightower, PhD and Dylan Aubrey for a comprehensive tour of Murray Company’s operations.
During the visit, our team shared an overview of Murray Company’s history, growth, and core capabilities, offering insight into the scale and precision behind our fabrication processes.
With several upcoming projects on tribal lands, the discussion also focused on opportunities to collaborate with tribal workforce partners. We look forward to building strong relationships and supporting workforce development through meaningful engagement on future projects.
Adrian HighTower, PhD, PE, ENV-SP reflects on the visit:
“Hello Don, Gabe, and Brent
Thank you for the informative tour on Tuesday. It was a pleasure to be introduced to a 100% Employee Owned Company at the top of their game. I particularly appreciated your staff taking the time to speak with us. The pride in their work was evident in their explanations and demonstrations. You’ve shown that clean shops and stellar safety records are the foundations for a successful and a committed workforce.
I look forward to our future conversations. “
