LAX Tom Bradley Int’l Terminal Refresh Project

Murray Company is proud to announce that we have been awarded both the Plumbing and HVAC scopes for the LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) Refresh Project. Partnering with Clark Construction and HNTB on this design-assist effort, our team will support the interior modernization of approximately 212,000 square feet across the Arrivals and Departures levels, along with offices on Levels 4 and 5 of one of the busiest international gateways in the world.

Murray’s scope includes a full rework of existing mechanical and plumbing systems tied to the modernization, featuring new air handling and split system equipment, chilled water, heating hot water, and refrigerant piping, ductwork, controls integration with the existing JCI Metasys system, plumbing fixture and equipment replacements, insulation, seismic bracing, and extensive storm drain system replacement. Off-hours work and tight coordination with active terminal operations will be critical throughout the 24-month schedule.

This award reflects the strength of our long-standing relationship with Clark Construction, our deep experience executing complex work in an active airport, and the competitive positioning of our pre-construction team. Murray’s role has continued to expand since initial award, reflecting the trust LAWA and Clark Construction have placed in our team to deliver on this high-visibility project.
