The sense of ownership people carry in their work.

I'm a great listener and I bring a can-do attitude.

What's a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?
I want to travel more, so in the next year I hope to visit a new country I haven't been too.

Starting a new show on T.V. or spending time with my friends and family.

Food insecurity issues and access to education for minoritized groups.
