We are thrilled to announce that Murray Company has been awarded the HVAC and Plumbing scopes for the Los Angeles Convention Center Expansion and Renovation! This massive project includes 880,000sf expansion and modernization of the Los Angeles Convention Center to provide connectivity between the existing South and West Halls at multiple levels.

Some of the features include: a Pico Boulevard Passage underneath the expansion; 180,000sf Exhibit Hall expansion with a centerpiece dubbed the “LA Skynode,” a series of large light wells carved into the structure, providing natural lighting and serving as a point of circulation from the lobby an 80,000sf Meeting Room and Pre-Function Zone; a Catwalk and Mechanical support spaces; 100,000sf Multipurpose Space w/Pre-function, Kitchen, and Outdoor Terrace and Event Space; and a Replacement Central Plant capable of generating over 10,000 tons of chilled water.

We are proud to announce that Murray Company was awarded the contract to deliver the HVAC and plumbing systems for the highly anticipated Aman Hotel at One Beverly Hills. This ultra-luxury hotel featuring 79 exquisitely designed guest suites marks the Aman brand’s first expansion into California and is set to establish a new benchmark for luxury and sophistication in Los Angeles.
Murray Company was selected for both scopes after a highly competitive bidding process led by PCL Construction. Our commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and longstanding relationships with PCL and Cain International were instrumental in securing this significant project.
