The Murray Company Annual Holiday Party at the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach was a (jingle) ball! Nearly 600 guests attended this highly-anticipated event.
Engineer in Training Melvin Pao and Designer Leonardo Encarnacion recently completed a Dale Carnegie Training Course. Both Engineers received the Outstanding Performance Award as voted on by members of the class.
In March, we announced that the Shire Quality Control Laboratory received ISPE’s FOYA Award in Operational Excellence. Shire Los Angeles Building 8 received the Facility Integration Award. Building 8 is the Overall Winner!
The annual AGC of California Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA) recognizes construction companies who excel at safety performance. Murray Company placed 2nd in the subcontractor category for over 1M man-hours!
The Engineering News Record recently unveiled the Top 600 Specialty Contractors following a survey of subcontractors and specialty trade contractors across the country. We leaped from #90 to #75. Congratulations to Murray Company!

Well, someone is soaring high! Cory Nakanishi’s son Daniel recently became the troops newest Eagle Scout when he passed his Board of Review on Thursday, February 22nd. Father and son have so much to be proud of!

The Engineering Contractors’ Association presented us with two Safety Awards at Saturday’s Installation of Officers Banquet. Since 2014, we have received the Contractor Safety Award and this year too, a senator-signed Certificate was presented to MC.
