The Kaiser Woodland Hills project team has performed 167K man hours in a live facility implementing extensive upgrades in a hospital that is occupied and full of Kaiser’s patients. To-date there has have been no recordable or lost time injuries. This was cause for a safety luncheon on 8/10.
