The act of toasting feels natural: You lift your arms in affirmation and drink in honor of an occasion or a loved one. The start of the new year & the biggest project award in MC’s history is an obvious reason to celebrate.
The Kaiser Woodland Hills project team has performed 167K man hours in a live facility implementing extensive upgrades in a hospital that is occupied and full of Kaiser’s patients. To-date there has have been no recordable or lost time injuries. This was cause for a safety luncheon on 8/10.
Applause from Hathaway Dinwiddie are cause for an Appreciation Breakfast. Steve, Virginia and Tim invited the Cedars AHSP project team to raise their coffee mugs on Tues, July 3rd and toast a job well done on the project.
Murray Company was honored to applaud the honorees of the ‘Racial Justice Award’ at the 15th Annual Women for Racial Justice Breakfast. Jack Sample accepted on behalf of PCL. Honoree Angelica Salas expressed her heartfelt appreciation.
The resounding theme at the Swinerton Builders Subcontractor Breakfast was “Everything that makes you great, makes us great!” We’re excited at the prospect of tremendous growth in the local hospitality, healthcare, K-12, aviation and niche markets.
MC had a great presence at the LA Heritage Awards Gala honoring Clark Construction for its contributions to the economic and cultural growth of the City of LA. Clark’s Richard Heim mentioned our collaboration!
Come to Kaiser Woodland Hills Medical Center and we’ll show you how! On 3/21, the fuel/generator system was turned over to Kaiser’s Facility Operations team at Woodland Hills Medical Center. Although Phase 1 is impressive, it wasn’t as easy to execute as it looks! Check this out!
Congratulations to the team at Kaiser Woodland Hills Medical Center for 94,290 field hours with one recordable/zero lost time incident. Considering the dozens of tie-ins, shutdowns, and no unscheduled utility outages the job is performing pretty smoothly… Good job guys!! Thanks Virginia for sharing this awesome news with us!
