Aerospace ETG Building A3 & A4 Consolidation

Murray Company hit the trifecta. We were awarded the design assist HVAC and Plumbing scopes and the design build Civil/Site Utility scope for The Aerospace Corporation ETG A3/A4 Consolidation project.

The Aerospace Corporation is divesting its El Segundo, California portfolio of leased facilities and consolidating it into its own buildings. This scope shall include the consolidation of the Engineering Technology Group (ETG) personnel and light laboratories into A2, A3, and A4 Buildings in order to develop synergies and collaboration. This project includes a new entry into the El Segundo Campus, including renovation of the hard and landscaping between the A2 and A3 Buildings and a renovation of the central A4 Building.
