This summer, our interns are gaining firsthand exposure to the mechanical contracting industry by working alongside experienced professionals across project teams, engineering, field operations, and support functions. From participating in jobsite walks and coordination meetings to contributing to active projects, they’ve experienced the real-world challenges and opportunities that define our business.
Our interns haven’t simply observed the work, they’ve been part of it. Along the way, they are expanding their technical knowledge, strengthening their problem-solving skills, and developing a deeper appreciation for the collaboration, innovation, and dedication required to successfully deliver complex projects. Just as important, they’ve learned from the talented individuals who make Murray Company such a special place to work. Through mentorship, coaching, and daily collaboration, they are gaining valuable insights into both the technical and professional skills that drive long-term success.
