This award reflects our proven ability to price and execute complex work in highly sensitive facilities
Murray Company has been awarded the HVAC scope for the UCLA MP200 Oncology Improvements Project, supporting critical upgrades within an active healthcare environment. Selected through a competitive hard-bid process, this award reflects our proven ability to price and execute complex work in highly sensitive facilities. Our familiarity with Suffolk’s project standards allowed us to submit a well-prepared bid.
Murray Company’s scope includes the installation of new air handling units and air-to-water heat pumps, along with associated piping, ductwork, diffusers, controls, insulation, seismic restraints, and supports. Our work also encompasses testing and balancing, system start-up, commissioning, and full integration with the Building Management System. The project will be executed entirely during night shifts and requires detailed coordination to maintain uninterrupted operation of existing systems throughout construction. Murray will deliver a fully integrated, turnkey HVAC solution ready for university acceptance, with minimal impact to ongoing campus operations.
